Terms of Use
Last updated: October 5, 2026
The Sweet Nothing app ("the app") is published by TMM Capital ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use the app. The Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. If these terms and the EULA do not agree, the EULA applies.
Not medical advice
The app helps you build a habit of eating less sugar. It does not give medical advice and it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Talk to a doctor before you make large changes to your diet, especially if you have diabetes, an eating disorder, or you are pregnant. If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your account
You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for the activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings > Delete Account).
Subscriptions
- The app requires a Sweet Nothing Pro subscription. The prices and periods show in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If you buy an introductory offer, the renewal after the offer period is charged at the regular price that the app shows.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after the purchase. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription.
- Apple handles all payments and refunds.
Food data
Product information in the barcode scanner comes from Open Food Facts, an open database made available under the Open Database License. The data can be incomplete or wrong. Always read the label on the product.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, try to access other users' data, or interfere with the service.
Changes
We can change these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. If you continue to use the app after a change, the new terms apply.
